Customer Review: Satisfied - Saved money but took more time & care than expected.

Kit arrived promptly by express mail. The kit contains all of the parts you will need. The included instructions are adequate although removing certain components required some experimentation. The repair was successful, but I hadn't expected that (1) the repair requires disconnecting and removing almost ALL of the electrical and mechanical components and (2) the removal and re-installation process took almost 8 hours to complete. Time could have been shortened by a few hours if I had been less cautious and if I had acquired all of the recommended tools listed in the instructions in advance. I would highly recommend using a digital camera to document the dismantling process in particular to record the position of the electrical wires and the proper electrical connections. Using this kit for the repair is definitely doable - it was just more than I had expected.
