I recently built a new garage and the contractor installed this Chamberlain Pro garage door opener. When I tried to find an additional remote, I discovered that I would have to find a local vendor, so I checked Amazon. I found the door opener for less than half the retail price and the reviews were very good. I ordered mine, Free Shipping, and they arrived within a week. This opener is as simple as it gets and has only ONE button to open/close ONE garage door - if you need to control more than one door look for other models. It literally takes seconds to program. Just make sure your opener is compatible with SECURITY+ systems, which operate at 315 MHz (purple learn button and purple antenna). This opener has good range and will open my garage door from over a block down the street. Product works as advertised, took under 60 seconds to program two of them.
Besides that, our original shipment got lost in the mail, but our mail carrier had somehow marked the package as "received". Normally I would've thought we were screwed at that point. I wrote an email to this company explaining the situation and they promptly asked me if I would like another pair reshipped free of charge. Faith restored. Awesome customer service. Thank you!

What a deal this was compared to the price for a remote from Sears for my Craftsman garage door opener. If you have a Craftsman garage door opener that operates on 315Mhz with the purple button and purple antenna, then save yourself a lot of money and purchase this remote. I was able to program it to my Craftsman garage door opener in less than one minute. Even with shipping included, it was a 3rd of the cost of what the Sears remote cost.Customer Review: Perfect!

I ordered this garage door opener for my husband for his birthday, because I had the only opener. We had been putting off buying another because we thought it was going to be troublesome to set-up, but boy were we wrong. I ordered the garage door opener, it came in amazing time, and then it took me 1 minute to set up! Everything was perfect and I have no complaints what-so-ever. I wish everything was this easy.
