Customer Review: Misleading Advertising - NEVERMIND

Normally, I'm pretty understanding with products that don't work exactly the way you think, but this one is just wrong.
I just bought a new house with 2 garage doors - but no remotes. So I wanted to get a couple remotes where each remote could open each door separately. Simply enough. Unfortunately, the house has a couple older Genie Blue Max openers - so I had to find something that worked with the 12-position dip switches. It is REALLY tough to track down what will work with older openers, I've found. But this remote seemed the best bet.
The good news is that I was able to program the remote with one button for the first door easy enough and it worked. Then I moved on to the 2nd door and realized that the remote only has 1 dip switch, so when I set the 2nd door opener to match the dip on the remote - both doors open every time EITHER button is pushed. If someone knows how to do 2 dip openers with this remote, PLEASE REPLY ... because LiftMaster customer service was no help. I couldn't really get any straight answers out of them (even after explaining the situation numerous times in small sentences), let alone find out whether the product was intended to work for two garage door openers with dip switches or not! In fact, they even told me that this remote isn't intended for dip controlled openers anymore - but I couldn't get any real clarification on that.
Having said that, it looks like the product works well for only one door, or possibly two doors where at least one has a 'smart/learn' button. But, shoppers should be aware that LiftMaster doesn't seem to know if this remote works for two dip-switch openers - even though the product description certainly implies that it does! If it did, I would give it 5 stars.
UPDATE (2 months later):
Got a call out of the blue from Chamberlain customer service today in follow up to a survey I did on their support. They informed me that you only need the remote DIP to match the garage opener WHILE you are programming. So, you can change it to match a 2nd opener after you finish the first, and the first should still work. Kudos to the customer service for following up! Changed to 5 stars.
