This is a wireless and keyless garage switch, it works well with my opener. It is so conveniant and secure for opening our door.
I bought this here after refusing to pay the much higher price locally. I did try another model, but this is much better. They say you can use this to open more than 1 door, but I have not tried that. if the door is open, I only need to push one button to close the door. My previous opener requires the entire code. You create your own keycode combination, and it takes about 2 minutes to install. The purple button on your liftmaster door will "train" this remote.

I wasn't willing to spend $40+ at HD or Sears for a keypad when I found this one on Amazon. I have a Sears garage door opener and if you make sure that your opener is compatible, it takes about 5 minutes to install. I first tried programming it with the multifunction wall unit but only tried once before using the purple learn button. The wall unit didn't seem to cause the "learning" process to work but I'm pretty impatient and didn't try but once before using the learn button. Great keypad...just what I wanted and it works great.Customer Review: Great Item

Great addition to your LiftMaster Garage door opener installation. Allows you to mount out side the door without connecting wires. Program in your code and you are ready, no need to keep a remote in your car for some to to steal and use to open your door later. Can be programed to allow guests to enter on a one time basis. Thousands of codes available to make it diffcult for someone to guess your code. I would highly recommend this item from a security stand point. Just bought this little key pad and I have had it a little over a month.It only took a min. or two to install. I put the first screw in(top one), screwed it in until the pad was snug against it. With the battery out put in the second screw. Viola!!! Just be sure to do the key pad codes before hand. It has already saved me several steps as I have trouble walking. Not counting the time it has saved me, my GF and kids. Would HIGHLY reccomend this product. Less than $25.00 to get it to my front door.Customer Review: Great opener, easy to program and use

Before you order this product make sure your door opener has a purple learn button. The keypad arrived within 5 days of my order. Well packed. Very easy to program, after reading instructions it should take no more than 5 minutes to do it. Comes with battery installed and ready to go. Attaches with 2 screws (included), just be sure to pop the battery cover off to get at the bottom mounting screw hole (keypad slides over top mounting screw). Pleased with seller and the product.
