We are in a home in which the previous owner had a LiftMaster 1355 installed on the garage. When we moved in, there was no remote to the garage, and for 8 years we didn't really need one. Now that I've made room in the garage for my car, I wanted a remote. This one works perfectly! VERY easy to set up - you're done in less than 30 seconds. Make sure you get the right remote though! Through other reviews on Amazon, and tech specs of these remotes, I was able to determine which one to get. You have to look at the button color on the door opener as well as the indicator light. Apparently different colors indicate different frequencies. Pay close attention to the colors otherwise you might end up with the wrong remote.
Anyway, this little remote was prefect. It does the job it's made for, it clips nicely onto the visor, and the door opens without a hitch.
