We ordered the wrong item so that was our fault. We didn't notice the excessive restocking fee, also our fault. Shopping online is usually alot easier and in this day and age most companies don't charge restocking fees because they want your business and know things are competitive. My suggestion? Read the fine print, it will save you alot of headache, return shipping charges and an exorbitant 20% restocking.
Get to the local store, it will save you time and money!

At first, I wasn't sure about this product capable with Craftsman 139.53970SRT door opener with a RED button on the back. After did a little research, and pulled the trigger to order this remote. BAM!!! It worked at the first time and the range is good. I can turn on and off the garage door far away about 200ft. Great product replacement. Thanks!

I absolutely love this garage door opener! It was so easy to program and I like the color and style. It was much cheaper than if I had ordered the Kenmore brand and I actually quite like the long button that you press to open/close the garage door. It works better than the original remote ever did. Oh, and the remote arrived within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone!Customer Review: Sweet!

I needed to add another remote to our fleet. Owning a Sears Craftsman door opener I had previously purchased the matching Craftsman remotes.
Being by nature frugal (yes, cheap) I was not thrilled about the $39.95 for each new remote.
This LiftMaster remote is less than half that price and has a better range than my Sears remotes.

Moved into our house and had to manually open the garage door since we didn't have the openers. Saw this product and ordered it. A note is that you should have the exact model and serial number of the lift unit to make sure you order a transmitter with the correct frequency. This unit took about 3 minutes to program to the lift unit and has worked as promised to date.
