I just bought a house which does not come with garage door opener remote. I can buy one remote at big name hardware store for twice the price even though it come with three button but I have only one garage door to open. A good product! I'm pretty adept at programming electronics and normal do-it-yourself stuff, but the programming of this remote was the easiest thing I've done in a long time. It literally took less than 30 seconds, and it works great. I wish everything was this easy!!
