This was perfect. My old remote stopped working, even after I replaced the battery. It may have had something to do with my wife spilling a tea on it. :)
When I got the new remote in the mail, I was able to program it within minutes.

this item was brand new, I had ordered one before USED and it did NOT work.
The best way to go is to buy NEW from a Dealer who sells the product you are looking for.

I went to Home Depot to buy a new garage door opener. It was $35.00 and I didn't even know if it would work. I did not buy it. I came home and ordered this one on line for less than $15.00 and it works perfect. What a great savings.
