I have had this clock for about a month now, and it's really great. The numbers are large and easy to read. I got this after I got rid of my cable box. Never realized how much I used that thing just for a clock.
This is a great clock, inexpensive, and it definitely gets the job done. I really like the green LED too.
Can't comment on the alarm, as I do not use it.
If you want an easy to read clock that is "simple and clean", this is the one to get.

I read the previous reviews (too bright, gains time) and was apprehensive about this clock. But did it anyway. Glad I did... works like a charm! Does not lose time, nor is it too bright for my taste and has a large green display. Have not tried the alarm but if it works as good as the time keeping, it will be fine. Easy to program, add backup battery (not included) and plug into wall outlet... what else could be simpler? Set it and forget it!Customer Review: large figure, no need battery

Basicly, I want a clock to be hung in my bedroom, so it must have no tictac sound.
And I have a poor vision, so the clock should be large enough.
I'm lazy to change battery, and this one doesn't need it at all.
It's accurate enough, at least it's still synchronized with the time at the right bottom of my laptop's screen, well, since I got it 2 months ago.
It's made in China, still the quality is good enough.

This clock is great! It is so nice to be able to look across the room at the clock and not have to put on glasses! We chose the green lighting as opposed to the red; I would guess one is as good as the other. We have the clock in our bedroom and not only is the time displayed in 2 inch numbers, the light slightly illuminates the room and serves as a night light. The clock works great and the large LED display is fantastic, especially if your vision is not all that great. However, for the same price you can get the red LED version of the clock that comes with all the same features PLUS the "Set and Forget Technology" that automatically sets the time (e.g. after a power failure it will continue to display the correct time).
