Hard to pull the bag out-have to pull out the whole unit and if your bag is even the slightest bit overfilled it gets caught and tears when pulling out. Unit comes off the track ALL THE TIME. Highly recommend you spend the money for a better unit. I bought this a few months ago and am now ordering a Whitney Design C9517 Sliding 24-Quart White Trash Can with Chrome Frame and Sliders SOURCE: Amazon.com Product Description, hoping for better luck! This is a good quality product and easy to assemble ( no nuts and bolts) and easy to install (just put four screws into the cabinet base. AS far as dismantling when pulling out, this is probably due to the side sections being too loose fitting. The fit into holes on each end by compressing the middle then letting it expand back out into the holes. If they are too loose or tend to fall out, you can stretch them outward a bit, them compress and install again - then they will be tighter.Customer Review: Useful Product

I purchased two of these and installed them under my kitchen sink. They serve their and fit great in the cabinet but two problems have arisen in use. One is that sometimes the frame of one of the holders slides off of the track. The other problem is that if you don't pull the unit out from the proper place the holder can dismantle. I have small kids who just grab it from the rim so I've had to explain to them how to properly slide out the holder.Customer Review: Worst Kitchen Garbage Can EVER

Save your money and get a different kitchen garbage can. My husband and I bought this about 5 months ago to replace a broken one in our kitchen. This thing has caused me so much stress. I absolutely hate it. It falls apart every day. It is so cheap and shouldn't even be on the market. I now have to buy another one to replace this one. This time I will read the reviews carefully to make sure we don't make the same mistake twice.Customer Review: What a piece of garbage

This thing is horrible. The rails aren't smooth and sometimes gets stuck. It doesn't slide out as far as another garbage container that I have. The wire container pops out and is fustrating to put back in. The thing rattles. The garbage bag falls into the device because there's not lip around the top. It belongs in the garbage. What a waste of money.
