Customer Review: Worst customer service

I purchased over 1200.00 dollars worth of closetmaid products and in every other case that I opened there were items missing. I called customer service and was told to return to the retail outlet and ask them to break open another box and remove the missing items. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? When I told them that I would not do that, I was then told it would take 5-10 days to ship the items, ( I am talking about hardware not large items ). So this is where I stand, with the entire contents of my closets, 2 walk ins, spread all over my home waiting 5-10 days.

One shoe under the bed, the other who knows where-who wants to live this way? Bring the miracle of shoe management into your life with this 15-cube organizer. Though it's compact enough to fit in your closet, it's also big enough to store up to 15 pairs of shoes. If your shoe collection is such that 15 cubes sounds laughably inadequate, you should know that these units are stackable via included dowels that link the organizers together for stability (you probably wouldn't want to go more than two high, however). One potential tiebreaker if you're comparing ClosetMaid's organizer to other products: the included back panel prevents shoes from being pushed out the back and on to the closet floor where they run the risk of being lost forever. You'll have to assemble the unit out of the box, but this is really easy to do and requires only a hammer and Phillips-head screwdriver.
