This things arrived a little disheveled looking. All the small pieces had fallen out of their bag and a number were missing. Any critical items were there though, so it's working perfectly inside my daughter's closet. The white "hide-the-screw" covers are not on, but I don't care. Fine for a closet - not great for anywhere else.
