Customer Review: Good product, good company

The product is what I expected and was pretty easy to put together. I'm impressed with the company. There was one little plastic screw head cover cap missing, and my email about it got a quick response. Although the part had no number and there was a bit of confusion about this resulting in a couple of emails, the result was that Vision Decor sent me the whole kit of hardware that included the part I needed. My bar is probably an odd furniture item, anyway, so I don't fault the company for not having a part number to work with easily, and I commend them highly for the way they dealt with it to the customer's satisfaction and possibly a bit of loss on the company's part. The only criticism I have is that the bar only has one shelf and that the description of the product should be more explicit regarding dimensions and the one shelf though everythig worked out.
