Customer Review: Works pretty well on vacuum cleaner hose clogs too!

I bought this from a local retailer on the recommendation of a friend. I haven't had a chance to use it for unclogging a drain but I did use it to help clear a clogged vacuum cleaner hose. The hose was badly clogged with compacted household dust, after a few minutes I got it cleared. The usual way I clear it with a yard stick didn't work since there was so much material in the hose.
The only complaint I have is it should have been invented 50 years ago!

Very close to vomitting tonight after using this thing. Pushed it down my bathroom sink drain just as the directions said. Pulled it up, and yuck! it was a mixture of hair and orange guck that looked like peanut butter. Just the first use made my drain start working again. I stuffed it down there about 5-7 more times just to clear it all. Each time it pulled up something disgusting. End story: THIS THING WORKS. I WILL QUICKLY BUY ANOTHER ONE IF I EVER NEED TO.Customer Review: Works like a Magician

The water in my bath tub just did not drain well, it was so slow that it used to cause mud and dirt deposits on the tub floor which was so difficult to clean. I had a new home and a plumbing issue was less likely. Then i read about zip - it and gave it try!!! It did wonders. It pulled out so much hair , i never realized i had a hair loss problem ;). My tub issue is now resolved and no more everyday cleaning of tubs, water just drains so well :)

Just got one at Wal-mart today for $2.24. I was sick of the slow drains in our bathroom sink and tub. I pulled up 4 or 5 clumps of gunky hair in about 5 minutes. Works great! I think it could be a little sturdier to push through the clog though. Bends a little too easily at times, but not enough to make it useless. For the price, you can't beat it. Saves you tons of money over those liquid drain openers that don't even work!!! Give it a try!Customer Review: AWESOME

This product is the ONLY product that has worked to clear out my drain. I literally went from showering in 6 inches of water to a completly free drain in minutes. I can't believe that I didn't try this sooner. Having a young child running aroung, I really didn't want to comtinue to use harsh chemicals that didn't work anymore. It is the BEST solution for a clogged drain. I am sooo happy that I discovered this product. I totally give this 5 stars!!!
