I bought this item to stick on the front of my wood stove. I think I am pretty good at keeping a good temp although thought this would help keep my temp more regulated and be kinda fun. Well it dosent work. I am pretty sure the site states this went on front of stove and not stove pipe so I bought it as our stove dosent show the pipe. I stuck it to front of my stove and it barley moved. Beleive me...I know Im burning hotter than the creosote level. I have moved it to various location on my stove with no help. It was a waste of money. Unless I read the instructions wrong or you have a stove pipe to try and use it with do not buy.
