Unlike the other review I have totally positive experience with mine. Slide mechanism is smooth and easy to adjust, (possibly they have a defective one)
Lets face it unless you purchase the Irwin 2078605 10 Inch "Quick Adjusting Wrench" none of them hold size very well. With this Crescent one its a simple matter of slide it right back to size.
