I recently remodeled my kitchen and replace the regular light switches, receptacles and the GFCI ones with cooper's Aspire range of products. They look fantastic and work very well (even put in sliders for my new 3-way recessed lighting) - The product is very good - but the experience I had with customer service was very bad - initially I was not able to wire them properly using the manual - so had to interact with customer service for helping me out - the guy was bad - had a severe attitude and I had to deisconnect the phone because of that. Our friends at Lowes helped me out after I went to their store (where I puchased the product).
I am happy with the product, but not happy with their customer service. If you are buying their sliders, please note that they will not work wiht the fluorescent bulbs, even through thay are marked as "works with dimmers".
