This washing line was so easy to put together, all we did was dig a little hole, put the plastic attachment for the ground in, and surrounded it with cement. It was ready to use the next day, and the beauty is that you can take it down when mowing the lawn, or just keep it in the garage until you are ready to use it! Ideal for me, i try to be 'green' but cant hang my colours outside due to the intense sun here in florida (fades clothes) but as soon as i do my lights, i grab the parallel place it in the attachment in the ground and hey presto! Its also very good quality.Customer Review: Love it!

We used to live in Virginia and the house we purchased had a line dry, I love them. This one was great. It was a little confusing getting it set up right because it looks opposite of the picture when we opened it the first time. We figured it out though and collapse it when we aren't using it. I love it. I was anticipating a bit of a challenge because I read the other reviews and saw that people have problem opening them. We never had one problem with getting it open once it was flipped the right way! I HIGHLY recommend it! Especially for the price!!Customer Review: Good alternative to our electric dryer

The setup of this dryer was easy and straightforward. It has performed well for us over the past three weeks or so since I installed it. It holds 3 or 4 loads of laundry for us (fewer if there are a lot of towels or sheets).
The only "flaw" I see with it is that the tension of the line is a bit tedious to adjust and it does not seem to hold the tension real well. In the end, it does not negatively affect the performance.
This is a good, inexpensive way to dry clothing and keep some electricity or gas from being used.

I grew up with one of these in the back yard,and it stayed there until it wore out years later. The really good thing about this dryer is that it is not heavy and bulky and can easily be taken down if you don't want to look at it every day. It comes with a sleeve that you cement into the ground which even has a lid for when you remove the dryer. The sleeve also makes it easy to rotate the unit. This was also way less expensive than I could find at the one hardware store in my city that still carries similar items. Definitely a good buy!Customer Review: Less than expected

I had my previous umbrella clothesline for over 19 years and it was heavier and had one metal spring that controlled its movement. This clothesline is very light and made up of many pieces of plastic, two broken pieces of which I found lying on the ground 24 hours after setup. It has two plastic push buttons which control its movement and they will undoubtedly dry up or crack and break being subjected to the sun all day long. I am not very happy with this item and do not expect it to have the life expectancy of my last clothesline.
