The filter came very quickly from the dealer.
1. The filter diverter has good flow just from the faucet and does not slow the water down so it is faster to fill the sink when dished have to be washed
2. The filter adapter does not lower the faucet outlet like the faucet filters we used to have
3. The filtered water has a good flow and tastes good. There is some filtered water flow when the faucet is turned off, but that is to be expected since there is still some pressure in the filter system
4. The standard 10" filter is a lot less expensive than the proprietary filters from Brita, Pur, etc.
5. The filter will last a lot longer than the filters from the ones listed above therefore lowering the cost of filtering water
6. We replaced a faucet mount Brita filter that kept falling off of the faucet using the supplied adapter
Overall, we are pleased with this filter and the dealer we bought it from

I bought this filter based on the great reviews here. The first day, everything was great. The installation was super easy, and the water went through the filter fast and tasted great! Then the next day I noticed a rusty spot the size of a quarter on the surface of the carbon block filter. (I am so glad that the case is clear so I can see the inside.) I tried to call the company for three days but each time I get to an answer machine, no exception. I didn't even bother to leave a message. BTW, the packaging of the whole product is so simply and crapy, I seriously think it is not even a licensed product! The one-page installing instruction is clearly a xerox copy! during the next three days, the rusty spot widened to some irregular shape three times bigger, even though I stopped using the filter. I returned it on the 5th day. Amazon's customer service is great, as usual. They took it back and paid for the return freight.Customer Review: Great Filter

After looking around and comparing all types of faucet filters, I decided on this based on many of the other reviews. I liked that it had a standard replaceable filter and good solid construction. I wasn't let down by this product. The only problem is it came with a 55/64"-27 female threading to attach to the sink, and I had to get an adapter to fit my sink. But once I determined which size I needed and set it up, it worked great. No leaks, and clear great tasting water comes through. The filter lasts much longer than other systems, so I won't need to replace it as often. The included instructions weren't entirely clear - it comes with a plastic handle thing, and I realized after setting it up that it is used for unscrewing/tightening the filter holder part... but it can be hand-tightened without leaking. In all, a much better deal than faucet-mount filters and other counter top filters!Customer Review: A fine filter!

I bought this filter to remove the chlorine odor and off-taste from my municipal water supply and it hasn't disappointed: the water smells and tastes great. The filter itself is simple, attractive, doesn't leak, and the diverter valve works as claimed. They even included a plastic wrench-like device to help unscrew the housing when it comes time to replace the filter. I did have to get an adapter at the local hardware store to attach the diverter assembly to the water tap, but that is standard procedure for attaching devices like this to old faucets like mine. I am happy with the unit, and recommend it to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their tap water. This filter will not remove toxic chemicals or biological contaminants, but it works great for what it is meant to do: make your municipal water supply not just palatable, but enjoyable to drink, and at a very reasonable cost.Customer Review: unbeatable value, great quaility water

We live in San Diego. The water here is ok but has a bad aftertaste. This filter looks solidly built, extremely easy to hook up although the instruction could be better, like showing how to install the filter which is actually very easy. The filter is 0.5 micro, better than the description, and much bigger than the typical filter inside the fridge.
I compared the taste of tap water, frige filtered water (a SamSung), and water from this filter (from a tap). This filter wins handsdown! It even has a faint sweet aftertaste to it. The frige filtered water comes second, which is noticably worse tasteting than water from this filter. The tap water in comparison is undrinkable without ice.
For the same amount of money for a fridge filter I get this wonderful system with two high quality 0.5 micro filters. Can't be beat!
