I accidentally ordered this product instead of the crystal quest ceramic triple water filter, which is identical except it has a ceramic filter instead of carbon. This vendor was very understanding, and immediately corrected the problem by allowing an exchange of one of the filters to a ceramic filter at no cost. They sent me the new filter first and I put the other filter in the box and mailed it back with no additional freight cost. First of all, the quality of this filter, with the ceramic version, is five-star. Add to it great customer service and you have an unbeatable combination.
