The product was OK, but great confusion as to what was actually ordered. I have received 2 complete water filters and one cartridge replacement. I tried to order one complete water faucet filter and 2 replacement cartridges. So on that score I am not satisfied at all. Definitely a 5-star pitcher. Yes, slightly older design, but EXCELLENT water quality. PUR and Brita are not even close. Did a water test as well, I am amazed. If you finally want to enjoy a real taste of tea or coffee, not a cup of chemistry, buy this little pitcher. This is the best tasting water! I drink more water then usual because the taste is so pure. I bought this after moving to a new office and the water was so horrible tasting. The water now tastes pure and clean. It is easy to use, right size and the price was good. I am so impressed I went and bought Crystal Quest's shower filters.Customer Review: Great buy

I might as well burned 3 $10 bills. Contacted seller and it would cost as much to replace it as it would to buy another one. All they wanted was a good review. Just go to walMart and buy the Pur unit.
