What Culligan has made available to consumers, at minimal expense, is an effective alternative to an overall, more-involved and complete--and far more expensive!--H2O softening system. Granted: a complete system is more efficient and desireable by far, since it will accommodate the whole house. However, for great tasting drinking water--again @ minimal expense--this is the way to go. Be advised, however: you'll be replacing the cartridge every few months!

The Culligan FM-15RA is a replacement filter for the Culligan FM-15A faucet-mount filter system. This filter helps reduce unpleasant odor, improves taste, reduces lead, and reduces chlorine taste and odor, cryptosporidium, and giardia cysts.
