The Culligan IC-1000 water filter is a complete and compact filter system for water dispensers and icemakers. The water filter system has a no-hassle, no-mess design for replacing filter cartridges. Simply twist off the old filter and twist on the new filter for easy cartridge replacement. The Culligan IC-1000 inline water filter housing and filter weigh 1.5 pounds. The Culligan IC-1000 water filters produce healthier, better-tasting drinking water through your water dispenser or icemaker. The Culligan IC-1000 inline filter system reduces lead, lindane, atrazine, chlorine taste and odor, bad taste and odor, and sediment The Culligan IC-1000 filter system reduces Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts The IC-1000 is Tested and Certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for the aesthetic reduction of Taste and Odor, Chlorine Taste and Odor, and Particulate Class I. Standard 53 for the reduction of Cyst, Lead, Lindane, Atrazine and Turbidity. The Culligan IC-1000 water filter comes with a filter head with built-in mounting bracket and compression fittings. The Culligan IC-1000 filter also includes installation hardware and instructions. The Culligan SY-1000 is similar to the Culligan IC-1000 but also comes with a lead-free faucet and is designed for undersink applications.
