I can't believe that us living in North New Jersey (across Hudson from Mahattan) have to pay so much for crappy water from United Water. Once installed we could immediately tell the difference. Customer Review: Works great with our heavy showerhead after a couple adjustments

In order for this to work properly and not leak or drip any water was to install it just like it looks in the picture (with the filter part above instead of to the side or below). After a couple weeks an extremely slow drip developed, but was solved by tightening the connection to the pipe.
I think the only reason that we had any issues at all is because we have such a heavy large rain shower head that includes the detachable hand held sprayer.

I'm having the same problem as two other reviewers who reported the issue with the loose metal mount joint. Both units I received exhibited this problem and Culligan support said the same thing about removing the rubber gasket. I tried these things and neither worked. I didn't want to go any further so I just issued a RMA/Return to get my money back. It's not worth the time and effort to try to fix this brand new broken item. I have an inline faucet filter for drinking water by Culligan and that works just fine. It seems their QA process is very inconsistent. Not at all happy with this purchase. I'm going to be a bit more wary buying any Culligan products in the future.Customer Review: Works Very Well

The city I live in has very high levels of Chlorine and it makes my skin very dry and itchy. Since I have installed this unit, I have noticed my skin is softer and does not itch nearly as much. The chlorine levels were so high that while I was showering the smell of chlorine would choke me. I love this filter. It even removes some of the hardness from my water. It does not replace a water softener but certainly does help!
