To be honest, I haven't noticed a huge difference yet. We ordered the new culligan shower-head to go with it and have used the combo. at least a handful times. I guess it may just be a subtle difference and perhaps it'll be a matter of time to see a big difference but for now, it's been a subtle if much improvement at all.Customer Review: Decreases water flow rate

I don't notice any difference in the water quality but do notice a difference in the flow rate. There was a noticeable decrease in the water pressure flow rate on both of the shower heads after we added this culligan filter cartridge. This filter is heads over shoulders that the filter that Home Depot sells, Lowes doesn't sell any. This is also sold by Bed Bath and Beyond, but costs $14, about $2 more than at Amazon. I could immediately feel the difference in water quality when I recently replace the filter after 9 months (about 3 overdue). The water is especially contaminated where I live in Orlando so this is essential and makes the water feel, work, and taste better. I highly recommend it.
