Customer Review: I goofed - and now I can't connect with the company...

I discovered more than a week after my order was placed that I made an error in my order. I updated the billing information with my new name and address, but not the shipping information. I have e-mailed the company twice (through amazon.com) and I have not heard from them yet.
I understand that I carry the blame for this mix-up, but it sure would be nice to receive some communication from the company! However, I also understand that it's a busy holiday time. =)

When paying this much for a product, it sure would be nice if they
included everything needed to install it. It does not come with
a backing plate to secure into the wall. If you don't have a stud
to secure it too, you have to get creative.

Loved the piece, but it doesn't come with bracket or instructions to install it. This means I had to purchase a separate recessed tp holder that came with bracket and directions. I couldn't find any brackets sold separately. It's a great price but I had to add on additional costs just to be able to use it. Everyone says they're easy to install, but w/o brackets it would need to be glued on....Customer Review: BETTER THAN EXPECTED!

I had a hard time finding this item because I needed a recessed unit which is a bit old fashioned for a "new" finish like oil-rubbed bronze. I figured I didn't have much to loose so I ordered it! I was so surprised at how nice the quality was. No need to spend a fortune on a "fancier" brand! I highly recommend this product and if I need anything else in te future, I would certainly order from this brand again!
