Tools and Hardware Reviews of Combat Ant Killing Gel 27gramsCustomer Review: Combat Ant Gel Summary: 5 Stars
I just moved into a new home & found out there was a severe ant problem! There were giant, black ants all over the kitchen area & they were going into other parts of the house as well. I wasn't sure what product to buy to get rid of them so I looked around in the stores. I found Combat Ant Gel & decided to buy it. I watched the ants & found out where they were coming in & put the ant gel down. That night, there were at least 50 ants eating the gel. The very next morning, I only saw 2 ants. After that, I didn't see anymore & haven't in a few weeks. This stuff worked within ONE DAY! I would highly recommend this to anyone having an ant problem. Was well worth the money.
Customer Review: This is the best product for killing ants! Summary: 5 Stars
I've tried so many different ant killer and this one works like no other will.
They devour this gel like they haven't eaten for years... then magically they start to gradually disappear.
I have a dog, two cats, and two kids so it worried me to just squirt it on the ground or in a crevice where my dog could lick it so I found a small shoe box and cut a hole on each side to let the ants in and out of, taped the top down. Because they love this stuff so much it didn't take long for them to figure out where the 'good' stuff was.
The shoe box wasn't a deterrent for them at all and I felt better knowing that the gel was safe from little hands and paws.
Customer Review: works pretty well! Summary: 4 Stars
I have bought this from home depot, since i was there trying to find terro but i can't. i think it was selling for about 4.30, but i thought might as well give it a go.
i had previously tried the raid III baits but the ants have absolutely no interest in those.
the ants absolutely love this combat stuff, i swear. i think it's for sweet black ants (which are the ants i had problem with) and they are attracted to this in drones.
I can't quite compare this with terro, since I've yet to try that. but give this one a go definitely, it works pretty well for me tonight.
Customer Review: sound the feasting horn Summary: 5 Stars
This stuff worked beautifully last year, but I haven't been able to find it in any stores at all this year. I glopped it around where the ants were getting in, and next thing I knew they were all over it. In about 3 days, there wasn't a sign of a living ant anywhere. This year they're back, and I've bought a variety of bait traps and even some some gel from another company, and the ants avoid them. I even put the other brand gel in a line across behind the kitchen sink, but they go all the way down to the end of the line to go around. Combat's ant gel is by far THE BEST on the market.
Customer Review: Buy more than 1 tube! Summary: 3 Stars
Not sure on how the product works yet!
However, I bought this to put in my bedroom windowsill (it's rather long) and I ran out of product half way through. Also when applying it was really annoying because there seemed to be air bubbles and u would push and then nothing would come out then push again and a whole bunch would come out!
So looks like i'm going to have a buy another tube just to cover the windowsill. Hopefully this stuff works!
