I use this with the DMT folding diamond sharpeners and have the full range from Extra Coarse to Extra Extra fine. While I'm able to get my knifes sharp enough to shave without this accessory, it's much easier with. I now get a repeatable angle through the entire length of the blade.

Build quality feels a little cheap being made of plastic, but it looks like it should hold up to normal use just fine. It's easy to secure your knife to and does exactly what it was designed for.
