I ordered the same product (shown) that I had bought previously but was sent a different product. I was sent a remote with an antenna and on/off buttoms for each wall outlet. It's not as simple as the one shown, and I do not like it as much, but it completes the task needed and I did not want to incur the cost of returning and getting what I actually ordered. Nothing wrong with the product though, just not as simplistic as I wanted. The product that's in the photo actually works wonderfully, so much so that I wanted more--just didn't get them.Customer Review: Handy at first, but then they quit working

I've had these for awhile but never really used them until I realized I could use them for my glow pumpkin at Halloween & now my Christmas tree & lights at the holidays. All 3 of them work well at first but after I'd say 30-40 times of turning them on or off the clicker doesn't really work anymore. You have to either hold it down or be at a certain distance (closer) for it to work which defeats the purpose of the remote. The more I use it the more disappointed I get. I think these may just be cheap & I will probably go out & buy nicer ones soon.Customer Review: Disappointed

I ordered these with high hopes, but must wait to use them. There was no battery for the remote, and I have no idea where to get one. Even though Amazon said a battery was included in its technical details. Well don't believe the one year factory warranty either! The factory warranty is for 30 days! A big difference.
To Amazon... If you don't have the correct information, don't just make some up!

I purchased this for my disabled mother to be able to control 3 lamps in her living room. This worked like a charm at first. It's been about 2 weeks, and it no longer works. It will occasionally turn a light on or off, after 10-15 button presses, but only #2 and #3. #1 doesn't work at all. I've now ordered the Stanley 31164 Indoor Wireless Remote Control with Single Transmitter, White, 3-Pack...I'm hoping it will work longer.Customer Review: Good product

The product delivers what it promises.
Range is good, the units can be switched off from their wall outlets also which is convenient at times,
the units are numbered so u know which one is which.
The only two things that I thought worth mentioning:
Does not come with a battery...so better purchase one separately (23A,12V)
The wall units might look big in the sockets and with an additional device plugged to bottom socket, may look crowdy (but they do not encroach on the bottom socket)
