*** 1 year UPDATE 9/10/09*** I've owned this faucet for one year and it continues to perform flawlessly. No broken parts, no visible wear, no leaks. When it is cleaned up it literally looks like the day it was new. Totally funtional. My faucet gets a TON of use every single day and I am totally satisfied with the design and quality. Highly recommended.
****TWO YEAR UPDATE*** 9/18/10- Everything still working and looking good. The only issue is that the spray head, as many have pointed out is plastic, so the finish is wearing away a little bit on the back. Nothing terminal. Still happy with the faucet!

UPDATE after 9 months:
Still love this faucet. I spent thousands of dollars on new stainless appliances and this faucet gets the most complements every time.
It still works great. The valve handle still works very smooth and solid. No leaks or drips.
I'm sticking with 4 stars because of the plastic sprayer handle. For the price, it should have been stainless.

This faucet almost makes me want to do dishes! It is especially good for cleaning large items like pots, griddles, etc. Construction is overall very solid. I only gave it 4 stars because the handle is not stainless like the rest of it. It's one of the best parts of my new kitchen.

We bought this faucet to replace a crappy one we bought elsewhere online. The old one was an absolute pain to install and had no water pressure. We searched all over and found the Danze. Based on the reviews here and elsewhere we decided to try it. Once it arrived I was able to install it in about 20 minutes. It took more time to get the old one out. Install was a breeze and it just got better from there. When I first turned it on I was amazed. I don't think I've ever used a household faucet with this much pressure. It just blasts the grime away. It also looks great with its nice clean look. We've had it a month now and would recommend it to anyone.Customer Review: Good - but why plastic??

I installed this about 2 years ago. Everything looked great with it except the plastic "shower" head area. I don't know why they made this plastic. Anyways, this is now all scratched up and turning green where the clamp holds it.
Also, the option to turn the water to a "powerful spray" and it used to stay on, now it doesn't. It never did when the pressure was low, but now it doesn't want to at all.
It started out as a good product, but the plastic head really makes it worth less than it sells for. However, comparable items are a lot more.

We purchased and installed this faucet several years ago and we loved it. However about a year okay the chrome plating started to separate and come off the faucet head. We found that the head was made of plastic which would be fine if it had been durable. Still it was very functional until this morning. The spiral hose which is threaded through the spring assembly came apart... unraveled... spraying myself with hot water which then required a change of clothes. Now I am looking for a replacement spiral hose! It lasted less than 2 years.cj
