My home is a 50ish model that has the original windows that don't fit real tight. The winter winds, even here in Arkansas, can get pretty chilly. I used this sealant in the winter of 2009-2010 and it made a considerable difference in the comfort of my home. In the spring I peeled the sealant off of some of the windows to enjoy the cool breezes. The sealant peels off easily and clean with no effort.
