I bought this on a whim when it was a lightning deal one day and boy am I glad I did!! This is perfect for opening battery compartments (with 3 small children I feel this is all I do!) and I even tested out the drill part today and while it is not as strong as my husbands craftsman drill (it is also not so heavy!) - it is a great little tool to handle any job I have thrown at it so far. I love the idea of the flashlight too. Overall I am very pleased with my whim purchase.Customer Review: Love it!

This is a great small drill to have around the house. It comes with several drill bits and screwdriver bits. It's pretty powerful! My husband is a hard core Snap On man and he even likes it. It's also great for a woman since it's so compact. It also has a light pointing on what you're drilling. We bought this for $19.99 on a Amazon special. I wish we would have bought a few more for this price. I'm not sure who makes it, Denali seems like an Amazon brand.Customer Review: No Bit Lock?

I bought this after reading the good reviews. Imagine my surprise when I tried to insert a bit and there was no locking mechanism to keep the bits stable. The brief manual offered no help or explanation.
I had a larger cordless drill I had purchased but gave it to my son in law because I wanted a smaller hand held unit, like this Denali. Now I'm stuck with this thing that seems to be unsafe. My mistake was assuming all drills should have bit locks.

I got this product for general home use. I first use in Installation of my Under Cabinet IPOD Player & I use Drilling Bits & othere necessary accessories & it worked great, The entire Job was done when it was not fully charged but still it worked very well.
I have the Big One too but it's huge to carry in between diferent floors of a house and I would Highly Recommended!this one for general use & on the Top Price is great.

Used this around the house a few times and this is really for very small jobs. The battery charge is good for only few uses and there is only one speed setting which makes it harder to use. It is very light and the led light is useful although would have been nicer if it turned on automatically instead of having to manually turn it on and off with a button. I would recommend a 9.6 V Dewalt instead which I is a real tool.
