I ordered the hard to find bronze TP holder for a special installation. The price beat anything I could find in the store even for a regular chrome color. It came in a timely manner & after looking at the installation we decided the bracket was needed to install it properly. I called company phone # that was on the enclosed note in the product package & for $2.00 the bracket arrived less than a week later. The person on the phone was very helpful & courteous. I had a hard time finding this item because I needed a recessed unit which is a bit old fashioned for a "new" finish like oil-rubbed bronze. I figured I didn't have much to loose so I ordered it! I was so surprised at how nice the quality was. No need to spend a fortune on a "fancier" brand! I highly recommend this product and if I need anything else in te future, I would certainly order from this brand again!Customer Review: Wonderful, yet disappointing...

Loved the piece, but it doesn't come with bracket or instructions to install it. This means I had to purchase a separate recessed tp holder that came with bracket and directions. I couldn't find any brackets sold separately. It's a great price but I had to add on additional costs just to be able to use it. Everyone says they're easy to install, but w/o brackets it would need to be glued on....Customer Review: Happy with my new Holders!

I was very happy to find this item. I searched our entire town and many online websites trying to replace our 15 year old gold recessed toilet paper holders with oil-rubbed bronze ones. I finally found some online for about $50.00 MORE per holder. These were very well-priced, very easy to install and look great in our updated bathrooms! Holder was shipped in quick fashion. Finish is excellent and the holder accomodates the "mega" rolls. The installation was very straight forward. All required components ( holder, internal clamp, screws) were included. Installation took less than 20 minutes, including cutting drywall opening. A very good buy.
