Both left and right-handed people will have no problem using this tool. The DiamondVee? is an easy to use pull through countertop knife sharpener. Two 4" Coarse diamond-plated rods (45 micron/325 mesh) will quickly restore a neglected edge. The rods are mounted to a durable plastic base and will give you the correct sharpening edge every time. This knife sharpener is safe to use thanks to the safety hand-guard protection. No messy oils needed, you can either sharpen dry or with water. Durable construction will provide years of consistent performance and reliable sharpening for the right angle every time. Assembly level/degree of difficulty: No Assembly Required.
