Placed my order on a Monday evening, arrived same week on Wednesday, very impressed with delivery time. The heater is well constructed out of metal and very sturdy, I simply unpacked it and pluged it in, I live in a two bedroom apartment does an excellent job of heating the entire living and kitchen area and the hallway leading to the bedrooms, recommended it highly to other tennants do plan on purchasing two more.Customer Review: We liked it until it stopped working

Bought this little stove for our bedroom Dec 2009; liked it alot at first, but then decided that the way the heat is vented to floor level on the front is not too efficient. But it was OK, and used it alot. It stopped working today: Jan 13, 2011. Lasted less than 13 months. Now, can't seem to figure out who to talk to. It's been over a year, probably out of luck. Made in China. Think I will try something different.Customer Review: Bad product bad service

I received this item cracked down the side and the shipping box was in tact so I'm inclined to believe it was shipped this way. Ace Hardware was difficult to reach, had to make several attempts just to get contact and several actual contacts to get the return set up.
At the time, it was returned, I requested full refund as I had no confidence that a 2nd item would receive good service.

For some reason the fan stopped working for a few days and I was about to throw it out. Then the fan started working again. No problems since or otherwise. I use it to heat a large bedroom connected to an office and heats both rooms with no problem. Very quiet. I wish there was a way to use the heater without the simulated fire (which is surprisingly realistic and comforting), but, hey, it is what it is.Customer Review: Great little stove!

I ordered this as a supplement to our heating system for cold days, which we get plenty of in upstate NY. I love it! It's so relaxing to look at, and gives out a good amount of heat! It's completely assembled out of the box. I purchased it at the beginning of February, and here it is the end of March and it's been on daily. Now that it's not quite so cold, it's the only heating source we are using!
