I have chronic neck and back pain. This is the best nine bucks I've ever spent. This will be the fourth night I've used this pillow. The first morning I woke up after using this pillow I did not have any neck pain. That hasn't happened to me in two years. Not only is it great to sleep with, but it also provides great support when sitting up.
What can I say -- I love this thing! I honestly thought it was silly when I first saw it, but I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. Now I'm afraid to be without it (and I've only had it four days). I feel like I need to buy a few backups just in case it stops getting manufactured.

I've been sleeping with this now for about four weeks. During this time, I've only slept without this pillow for one night. The morning after I woke up without sleeping with this pillow, my neck was killing me again. I will never sleep without this pillow again. I can't get over how something like this has helped so much. I really am going to order a few backups now!
