I'm an average sized guy, maybe a bit on the shorter side. 5'5'' about 180.
I wanted this neck pillow for when i'm sitting in my recliner. Its simply too big of a neck pillow.
its equitable to a rolled up towel behind your neck....which is good for a minute or 2, but quickly gets uncomfortable.
I should've purchased a U shaped pillow instead....
Mistakes were made, and i regret this purchase.

I've been looking for a pillow that would fit under my neck while sleeping. Been using this pillow for a week and my neck feels so much better when I wake up in the morning. I've bought exspensive chiropractic designed pillows and they don't work for long because they flattened out. The design of this pillow keeps it's form so it supports your neck all night long. have even used it for sleeping on my side. Also washes easily and is a nice size for travelling.Customer Review: Just what I was looking for

I received one of these years ago as a gift. I had no idea of how I would use it, but I started sleeping with it and in no time, used it as my pillow instead of my regular one (I used my regular one to hug). I can't sleep well now on a regular pillow. Through the years it began to get old so I purchased this one. It was great and just what I was looking for. These pillows "ARE" perfect. Because I do have neck problems that will make my skull ache if I don't sleep on the right support, I have slept on all kinds of chiropractic alternatives over the past twenty years. I shopped and read reviews (positive and negative) on these pillows for three days before I ordered three of them. They are very well made and their size is perfect for cradling my head and neck. I have neck problems and I purchased this pillow to support my neck at night. It was too big and there was no way to open and remove some of the stuffing unless you cut it open and re-sewed. I gave it about a week hoping I could get used to it. I ended up purchasing a Bucky Minnie Bamboo Neck Pillow which works perfectly. You can remove the outer cover to wash. You can unzip the interior and remove some of the stuff if it is too big.
