This pillow is completely useless. I couldn't use it in neither home or in a plane trip. The support area for the neck is so thick that it creates pressure on your neck rather than relaxing the muscles. Due to the meaningless shape, it cannot be used as a regular pillow. Also, there is no way to hang it to the airplane seating or any seating for that matter.Customer Review: Great Travel Pillow

If you find yourself having to sleep in a seated position due to travel or perhaps illness, this pillow is GREAT! It cradles and supports. I love the "handles" on the end because I can loop it to the exterior of my carry-on when flying, detach at my seat and use in-flight. Plus I know that my pillow hasn't been used by 100 strange travelers before me.Customer Review: comfort plush

Best travel neck pillow I have used. I find it very comfortable because it is not as restricting like my previous inflatable and my small bead stuffed neck pillow. With my previous pillows my neck would feel tense after 10 min, with the dog bone pillow the cotton is plush enough to hold your head in place but not feel like a brace on your neck.Customer Review: Adequate, but not great

From the reviews on this site, I thought this product would provide an out-of-this-world pillow nirvana. However, the NeckBones is a little too small to provide complete support. For its size, it is an adequate head and neck support, but if you want to have a very comfortable rest while on the bus or airplane, bring something larger.Customer Review: reduced chronic neck pain!
