I have to wear a suit to work every day, so I bought this coat hanger to keep my jacket wrinkle free. I really love this because:
1) It is easy to remove if you are packing people into your car. Squuze the central metal rods and voila, it comes off in 1 second flat.
2) It is pretty solid. It holds up my 52" jacket easily and does not bend or move at all.
3) The little clippy things that attach to the headrest are fairly adjustable and it should fit many different sized vehicles (not sure if the width is standard in cars)
4) Solid metal all around with plsastic "C" clippy things that are pretty solid as well. It seems to be very high quality.
5) In my mazda cx9, keeps my jacket easily off the floor (I'm 6'3")
6) "hanger" size is pretty standard to a normal hanger's size, so the shoulders don't sag.
7) Shipped really quickly
Only issue would be if you want a very very small hanger. This sticks out probably 3-4" behind the seat and works awesomely in an SUV. I can see how it may not be ideal if you got a tiny car, but I'm not sure what other options are available to you besides hanging it up on a handle, which is a pretty awful solution.
