I changed my original rating of 4 stars down to 1 star. I haven't had these pillows for a year yet and I'm ready to replace them. By this past summer they had become lumpy. Sticking them in the dryer on the air only setting would restore them for only a night or two. The problem now is that they don't provide much support; I wake up with a stiff neck and upper back most mornings. Time to start the search all over again (sigh)...

I have been trying to find firm, supportive pillows for side sleepers for the past year. I even broke down and bought $300 down pillows from Macy's Hotel collection (on sale for $150 each). Those pillows had to be returned because they never kept their loft, even after fluffing each morning.
I was a bit worried when I read reviews that said the pillows were too soft for side sleepers. I decided to purchase based on price and overall rating. I found these pillows to be soft to touch, and my head sunk into them, which disappointed me at first. However, I had full support for side sleeping. After a restful night, I merely plump them when making the bed, and they're good as new. I gave them 4/5 stars because I think they could be a little firmer to support people who read in bed. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!

I purchased these pillows and could not wait for them to arrive. when I received them I loved how they looked, but noticed that they were really really soft and non supportive. I have issues with sleeping and wanted to get new pillows for a little more support; well these were not it!. I got the pillows in a king size and had to fold them over for a little firmness, well when I woke the next day, I had cotton all in my hair and I dont have to tell you I was mad. the pillow cotton seem to be slowly shedding out of the pillow like new carpet does. I threw the pillows to the side and went back to my old down pillows until I can find some replacements to sleep on. I was no sleeping beauty and did not get much rest with these pillows. Advise: if you are looking to buy new pillows and are looking for medium to firm support, trust me these will not be a good choice.Customer Review: Amazing Pillows

Who would have thought that gel pillows would be so amazing?! My family didn't believe that they were gel when I pulled them out of the box, I had them feel them, and they started guessing what was inside the pillow. I had to show them the tag to prove it. This was one of the best purchases I've ever made. These are so comfortable, they haven't broke down, and I was able to get rid of three other pillows I used each night. They are comfortable, yet supportive. I use a C-PAP at night, and these do not interfere in any way, my nights are much more relaxing and I feel like I'm getting a more restful sleep. I would always complain when my wife wanted to spend more than $10 on a pillow, and she couldn't believe that I paid $25 for each of these, but it was money well spent. After reading the numerous positive reviews I decided to purchase these for some guests we will be expecting despite some negative reviews. The price seemed too good to be true and when these arrived I realized that you get what you pay for, at least for this product.
I like my pillows nice and firm and substantial and these just don't fit the bill. The lining is a nice smooth fabric with a subtle floral pattern on it but the pillow itself seemed not to be filled. I felt my head could easily sink to the bed and so I know I would not enjoy them through the night. My guests, however, may not mind the softness of these so I will most likely keep them as spare pillows in the guest room and not bother with returning them.
Would not recommend these pillows if you are someone that has come to appreciate firm pillows.

At this price for two king pillows, this is a great value considering the quality of the pillows. These were 2 for twenty dollars and I think they are well worth it. They seem to be very good quality, they are very full and do not go flat after laying on them. They are very comfortable and all of the stitching at the seams looks solid and I do not expect them to fall apart. One of my 2 pillows seemed slightly fuller than the other, but I just let hubby use the less full one lol. It is only very slightly noticeable anyway. They are very soft, yet moderately firm. Hubby calls them heaven. I would definitely purchase these again and I am planning on getting a few of the standard and queen sets when they come back in stock, for my children. I feel that this was a great purchase and I definitely recommend these.
