Customer Review: NOT made for side sleepers!

For anyone who likes a firmer pillow for sleeping on their side, this pillow is NOT the one for you. In the description, it said it was good for "back, side and stomach sleepers," but I definitely do not agree. There is just not enough fill in the pillow for my (and my husband's taste). I felt like I had to grab the whole pillow and cram it into a tiny ball under my head just to get enough support!
I gave it three stars because they were super-cheap, so I shouldn't really have expected excellence. The gel-fiber fill is pretty cool - definitely comfortable. I personally think these pillows would have beeen AMAZING if they would have filled it about 50% (if not 100%) more! We just took the memory foam insert from our old pillows and stuffed them inside, and now their great.

After reading the reviews for these pillows (I bought the king size ones), I had high hopes. After one week with the pillows though, I am very disappointed. The filling is in no way comparable to down, or even a down alternative. The pillows are already much flatter then a week ago, and it is bunching in certain places and the corners are bare already. These are worse than the cheap pillows they were replacing. I already threw out the old pillows, so I will have to keep these for now. These are nothing like what I expected after reading the reviews. I even went back and double checked the packaging to make sure they were the right pillow and hadn't been mixed up somehow. It's really too bad, I was looking forward to them. What a big let down!Customer Review: Nice and fluffy

This is exactly what i wanted, a soft fluffy pillow, i hate firm pillows or ones that are big and puffy, this one is perfect, some may think it's too flat, which it can be a bit on the thin side. I have the King sized one, as some reviews had mentioned it can get "pancakey" but you can shift it back to place, it's not flat and hard.
I have really enjoyed these pillows, but again, i dont like firm/hard or stiff pillows. This one is definatley moldable.
One problem is that i received only one in my shipment, amazon sent me a replacement (telling me i'll get 2 so to return the 1 i received) but again the replacement only had 1 again, so be aware, they told me this was happeneing a lot in case you are sending it as a gift.

Let me start by saying ...I can't believe how comfortable this set of pillows are! OK, I purchased these because I always been extremely picky with my pillows I love to hug and wrap my whole body sometimes around my pillows when I sleep. So I had purchased a $56 dollar down pillow at Walmart. Well my girlfriend fell in love with it and kept taking it from me over the night so I said YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!??? im going to buy you your own pillows. I purchased these for her (AT AN AMAZING PRICE FOR THEIR QUALITY!!!) she has slept like a baby all through the night and I have been JEALOUS! I have now thrown mine to the side to use these as well! Also her cousin has ordered one after napping on them. ALL TOGETHER VERY IMPRESSED!Customer Review: A pair?

When the pillow arrived it was on it's own. One pillow. Not a set as promised. I am writing this as I sit on hold waiting for whatever foriegn call center I have reached to process my " return. Though they are "in stock" on the web site, they cannot send me the other on. They will refund HALF of my money or I can pack it up and ship it back. I am still on hold.... going on 20 minutes.... Amazon.com is crap service, these days.

Don't order these pillows. If some mental incompetent packs your order, you are screwed.
OK, then. I'll cut this off at 30 minutes of hold time. you get the picture.... just not the other pillow.
