I'd like to state, i'd give it a 4.5 but there is none.
Now regarding to the item, all I can really say is that they do their job. It's not as advertised by other reviews, since there is a side that's not as sticky as the other :/ but I assure you (again) they do their job, and after their in place, they CAN hold. In conclusion, they are great, I recommend them.

I used this to hang matted photos on the wall - and for once, they stay put! I've tried everything, from putty, to double sided tape, and this is the only product that keeps the photos from slowly falling down after a few days or weeks...owever, it does leave residue on the wall that can be difficult to remove.

The tape itself sticks well to surfaces. I've used it to hide a wire that runs from the TV to my receiver hard. One annoyance though, it's hard to peel off the wax paper on the top side of the tape.
