AC Delivered 3 days from purchase. I had my building guy put it in and is it ever quiet- and powerful. This replaces a 6000 BTU AC that was 1/2 as efficent as this one twice as noisy, too. This on sounds about as loud as a window fan and it cools fast and effeciently as advertised. 5-star thumbs up!
