Customer Review: Not your dad's wood glue

This isn't the same as the wood glue my dad used when I was a kid. This sets up faster, dries thinner, and holds better.
If you clamp this in place, you'll get an amazing bond out of it. Depending on the joint, you can remove the clamps as early as 30 mins, and it's fully set in just a couple of hours.
If it's a thicker bead, or more humid, go ahead and let it set up overnight, or for 24 hours.
This is for interior use only. That means, if it gets wet, the glue will soften up. You're ok if you spill water on it, but if it soaks in water, or endures rain, it will give up.
I used this for several projects. Where I found it really came in handy was repairing wood furniture. I was able to fill a hole with this glue, pack it full of bamboo skewers, hammer in the last 2, and then plane or sand them off. Several hours later, it was a very very durable repair.
In places where I used a thick bead without pressure, the glue could be chipped loose, but where it was clamped or pressure fit, it held together really well.
My only complaint is that this sets up a little faster than I'd like. It's OK if you're prepared and planned out, but if it's a moderate size job, and you get it on you, you'll find you have to pause and wash up every few minutes to keep from adhering yourself to the workpiece.
Also, because it dries thin, you may find you use more of this glue than you're expecting. Not a bad thing, because the bond is excellent. Just remember that if you need 4 ounces, get the 8-ounce bottle.
Unless you're a pro, in which case, you know what you're doing and how much glue to buy.
