I have the model before this EWM-350 Slant Finn humidifier. I have tried to buy this model from every outlet but it has fallen prey to the new managers of the company.
What makes this model so good, beyond its many advertised features, is the length of time you get out of the 3.5 gallons in the two tanks. You always have coverage even when one takes empties. Its very effective.
I want this model!! Please give us the option for a large supply of water - don't remove this model for smaller single tank humidifiers like everyone else has; they are inferior. I want to pay the freight because the previous model was so good and lasted so long. It finally died because of the heavy mineral accumulation over years. Of course I cleaned it periodically, but now I know I needed to do it religiously every month. Still I got five years...!
