Customer Review: Helps strengthen hair!

I have been using MegaTek for about 8 weeks. Of course it's too soon to see any "significant" growth in terms of length, so I cannot comment on that . . . yet. However, I have noticed thicker hair around the hairline/temples and stronger hair/less breakage overall. Also, I do believe it is having a positive impact on my nails, which previously were very thin and weak. I use it often - sometimes on consecutive days. Last weekend, for the first time, I mixed it with another conditioner to use as a deep conditioner/protein treatment. I used the mixture under a heat cap for about 30 minutes. It definitely has a lot of protein so I would suggest only applying heat for about 10 minutes and I would definitely mix with another deep conditioner as I did - that is what I plan to do in another month when I feel ready for a protein treatment again. But, this time, I felt less "elastic" after the treatment than I ideally like, and I attribute that to more protein than moisture. For the first few weeks I actually used it as a leave-in treatment, and I added some oil for moisture. I am a black Caribbean - 3c hair. Given that most products do not distinguish themselves, it's nice to see something that adds value. That said, I am sure Aphogee or some other protein product also could do the trick . . . I have to admit, I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to these kinds of "miracle" products... But after putting this to use, I'm a believer.
I used this on my mare's tail/mane after she had rubbed it off this spring, as well as on her hooves. I tried a few home made concoctions that didn't work at all, and then saw a review for this product. I used this religiously once a day for one month. I followed the manufacturer's directions by; wetting the hair down then massaging the product into the skin and hair. Also, I washed the hair about once a week. For the hooves, I rubbed the product in the hair line and hoof wall. Just to be sure I wasn't imagining things, I took pictures the first day I started using it.
After one month, I could notice a difference in her mane, which had grown about an inch. The tail had grown about the same, and was much thicker than it had been before. I never noticed a difference in growth in her hooves, except they looked healthier. After only 1 month of application in November, now 2 1/2 months later with no application, the mane has grown almost 3 inches, and the tail has grown almost 4.
I will DEFINITELY recommended this miracle product!

I have always had long hair until recently. My hair would get a certain length and would not grow anymore. I have tried sooooo many hair products, my cabinet is so full of things that have not worked or made my hair brake off. i read about this stuff and when i was a child my mom used to buy mane n tail products. So I thought maybe thats why my hair was so long then, so i decided to give it a try. I had been using alphogee products, the whole line, for about three months and taking photos of the progress. guess what my hair didn't grow at all, no change what-so-ever. I have now been using mega tek now for 3 months and I have had 3 inches of growth. My hair had fell out on the edges over my left temple and guess what I have 3 inched of new growth there also. I would and have recommended this product to all of my family and friends. I have taken pictures and shown them the progress and they all are very impressed and want the product also. And a bonus, I never had nice strong nails until now. My nails grow fast and they are strong when they grow now. I've been struggling with hair loss For the past yr and a half. I"ve been spending countless money on products that did not work. This product with Amla Indian hair oil works wonders. The Amla even takes away the gray. Yeahhh. love it!! The smell is not that great, but it works well especially after a pre-wash treatment and occasional hair oil ( every 3 days with my braids). I'm wearing wigs now. Regarding those receding edges and center balding, the "Mega-Tek" by Eqyss is a miracle in a bottle. I've been getting shots in the center of my head for months and it has been growing in SLOWLY, too slow for me. I started using Mega Tek for 1 month and already I've experienced growth. You know I've been checking that bald spot daily..LOL. My husband can't even believe it. I've recently cut all of my hair off in the center and it's growing back. Today I've even braided my entire head. I stumbled on it online and I can't believe I didn't find it sooner. Now I'm looking for something that will smooth out and moisturize my natural/perm hair. Due to the High concentration of protein in Mega tek, it makes your hair dry. I need a daily moisturizer.....Customer Review: Great for hair growth!

There's a couple spots in my head (no relaxer but color-treated 4a/b texture) that grows slower than other places or are more sensitive & prone 2 break quicker (we all have that). Because i want my natural hair to grow as much & as quickly as it can i ordered some Megatek. I've been using it for about a month....I'm happy. I like the smell and how it absorbs into my scalp pretty quickly. Since this is HIGH IN PROTEIN i dilute it with jojoba, castor, and (a couple drops) tea tree oils. I put the mixture in an applicator bottle, and apply it 2 my scalp 2 times a week. I haven't had any shedding (others who have on youtube, etc apply it every or every other day). My already thick hair feels thicker and i haven't checked yet but my shorter spots appear to be longer. i will continue this for another month, take a month break, then repeat. I'll keep you posted. By the way, it was about 4 days to get the product....very nice.
***Update 4/7/11***I still use the Mega-Tek on my problem spot (the crown of my head) but only 2 times a week, at most. It is still helping that area catch up to the other layers in my hair.
