Customer Review: It works better on my nails

I am thinning on my crown and temples, I saw the reviews and decided to try it. I've been using it for several weeks now and I can say that my hair is longer, but I don't see any new growth. I use a small bottle (color applicator), massage into scalp, leave in from 30-60mins with a shower cap (shampoo and rinse), once to twice a week. I cannot truely say that it helped MY hair grow (yet). However, I did make a MT batch for my SIL (who has been suffering from some hair loss) and she used it and two weeks later had fuzz growing back on her temples. It does work WONDERS on my nails though. I've used my recipe as a part of my manicure routine and I actually have to trim my nails (which I could never do before, because they never grew long enough).
MY MT RECIPE: 3 oz. of Mega-Tek Rebuilder , 1 tsp Vitamin E Oil, 1 tsp Almond Oil, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 drops Tea Tree Oil and 1 drop Peppermint Oil. So, the jury is still out if it will work on MY hair (I see it works on my SIL's hair), but it does work on my nails. I feel I made a good purchase since this is a benefit to my "hooves".

I just got my Mega-Tek on last week and used it for the first time this past Saturday. So far so good! I can already tell its effect on my hair. I recently relocated to California from the east coast and the whether here is very dry. My hair is used to moisture so I'd been fighting to keep the strands on my head. LOL! A friend of mine told me about the Mega-Tek and how well it was working on her hair so I decided to give it a try. Because I'd read a lot of reviews on it, and how the products didn't have any oils, I decided to mix it with my Ojon revitalizing cream and I tell you what a brilliant idea!! I didn't experience any dryness from use of the product and I actually used my hair steamer to ensure I pushed the product into my scalp... I slept with it over night on my hair and I was very happy with the end result. This seems to be a really good product and it makes your hair silky and shiny and VERY soft if used correctly. OMG this stuff is amazing, like at first i was really skeptical that it would even work at all when a friend recommended it to me. Yes, the price is pretty steep, but ive been using the conditioner and the botanical shampoo, along with some atika oil (because this conditioner will dry your hair out because it has alot of protein in it) but it really does what it claims... Hair growth retention and makes your hair stronger! Im hooked on it, my hair has grown 2 inches in the past month and a half. I understand that your hair naturally grows about an inch every couple of months, but i can actually notice a difference in fullness and thickness of my hair. I am one of those people who straightens my hair just about everyday and for this to work while i straighten everyday... is pretty much amazing. Although i must admit i follow a strict routine, so if your buying this to strengthen and grow your hair longer you should be aware that you must be commited or you probably wont have results as good as mine. good luck!! :]Customer Review: Great Product

I've been using this product for about a 8-10 weeks. After the first use, my hair was very silky. I had problems with breakage (hair in the sink, hair on my clothes, etc.) I would say it cut down breakage about 80-90%. I didn't notice any shedding as some indicated. My hair has grown about 2 inches in the back over about 8 weeks time. I don't notice a great difference in thickness but definitely in length and a minimal amount of breakage. They recommend using twice a week, but as I usually only shampoo once a week. I've tried to use about every 5 days. I use as a conditioner. After shampooing, I leave it in my hair for about 7-10 mins as a deep conditioner, then rinse it out. If I think about it , I will also take a small amount and use around my temple area in the morning. The only downside is the cost but it is worth it. The bottle is large and will last about 6-8 weeks using it 1-2 times per week. I just ordered bottle number two.Customer Review: Mega-Tek is great for hair growth

Mega-tek is pricey, but I'm so glad that I purchased it. I have been following other reviews (which were great results) about mega-tek on hair forums for about a month, and I just had to give it a try after I prayed about paying almost $30 for a product. I broke down and ordered....am so glad that I did! My hair is absolutely reaping the benefits with this product, am not BALD ANYMORE :). You do have to be faithful, and you can't slack off not using the product. It's one of the best products that I have in my hair product collection, mega-tek has been one of my "Saviors" since I had lost so much hair. I'm already saving up for another bottle....16 oz doesn't seem like a lot, but you don't need that much. The protein was hard on my hair, but I then mixed it with some of my hair oils, and it worked out just fine! Great product for me! A hair staple for me always!
