I agree - this was quite deceptive. I checked other web sites ... and ordered through Amazon as this product described AND PICTURED genuine Eureka bags... What I got was not what was advertised. The price a only a little less than genuine one year supply kits elsewhere and, since I ordered the vacuum through Amazon (and it was from Amazon) I figured I would get the whole thing here. WRONG. This is why I stopped using Amazon before - they have gone to using various other providers and shippers and they apparently have or don't bother to have any control over them! I have asked to return the items - which were shipped unwrapped for the most part in a box labeled "Pitcher with lid" ??? This provider seems like some fly by night organization. I'll update when I hear that I'll have to pay the same lousy $9.00 to return a deceptively advertised product.
UPDATE 9/20/10. Well, I must admit I am pleased with the response from Amazon to my complaint noted above. They have agreed to allow the return of the product and given me a credit for the shipping as well. This was done in a matter of days too. I wish the items had been as advertised, however and then none of this would have been necessary. The vacuum I ordered from Amazon is fine (and as advertised) Just thought you all should know at least Amazon stands behind its sales.
