I paid a bit extra for this kit because the description stated "All Genuine Eureka parts". However, none of the parts were genuine. Now, I have to go through all the trouble to return this junk. What a waste of time. Please, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I received the items in an envelope. Included were "DVC Brand" bags, a belt that said only "made in italy", a black filter that was unlabeled, and some yellow fiberglass-like material which only said "made in china". Nothing was genuine.

This review is a ditto of the one posted Sep 26- the only genuine Eureka part in the package I received today is the drive belt. The bags are "Micro-Lined" by a company called DVC; the alleged HEPA filter was unlabeled, the motor filters were half the thickness of the original, and so on. The Amazon.com photos show genuine Eureka parts, but what you get from B&M is something else. Amazon already sells an explicitly generic 4870 supplies kit for $7 less! Generic Eureka 4870 Smart Vac 1 Year Supply Kit
All the stuff you will need for at least a year of vacuuming. The savings on the bags alone is worth the price, and when you add the costly HEPA filter and motor filters, this becomes a real bargain. United Vacuum (vendor) shipped amazingly quickly. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2, 1yr Kits, almost 2 months ago and have not received them yet. I did contact the seller and was assured that they had been ! Both times, they were shipped USPS but never arrived. The company rep was nice and apologized.
After the last call, I was given a tracking # and they were shipped UPS.
I can't rate the product, but had to mark at least one.

I have 2 dogs, so it's seems like I'm always seeing hair, dirt or something that requires me to get the vacuum out. After crunching the numbers, I decided this package deal was the one for me. The bags & hepa filter are Eureka brand name, which is a plus also [not some generic bag that the dust will get you sneezing]. I ordered it on a Saturday night & rec'd it on Wednesday -great turnaround!
