This filter was exactly what I needed. It's sometimes hard to differentiate what filter works with what exact vacuum model...but figuring out what vacuum this filter was compatible with was a breeze. My Eureka sucks up all of my pug's hair off the carpet with ease and now is as loud as a tornado...enough to scare even the likes of Bill Paxton.Customer Review: THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!

WHEN I GOT MY FILTERS IN THE MAIL I WAS THINKING I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO STILL KEEP THE OLD ORIGINAL FILTER CAUSE THE NEW ONE WOULD BE SO CRAPPY THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WASH THE ORIGINAL AND PUT IT BACK ON WHEN THE NEW ONES WERE DONE...WELL!!! LET ME TELL YOU!! THIS FILTERS FROM KILLDIRT ARE THE ORIGINALS!! SO I DONT HAVE TO KEEP THE OLD ONE..!Customer Review: Good for small spaces

This is a great vacuum for small (carpeted) apartments. It is powerful and compact. I empty the filter after each use (I have a cat) and rinse it with warm water every third use. I replace the filter entirely every six months. I'd rather dump the contents of the vacuum after each use than let it sit in a traditional vacuum bag in my home.Customer Review: Same thing as in the big stores

This filter is an important part of keeping my electric broom up to snuff. It needs to be replaced often and the price at the big name stores was out of sight. This filter is amazing.i don't need to clean it every time i use. it has a great suction.
I used the DCF14 and i really DON'T like it...i had to clean it every time i used and it has an awful suction.
this one deserves 5 stars.it is just wonderful!!!
